 Working with documents involve several
stages: creating, editing and archiving important files. WinZip
became a must-have tool for archiving purposes. Zip archive format
is using widely to share and keep information.
Compare Suite is a file comparison tool, that supports popular
formats of office documents. It also has a function that allows to
compare .zip archives and their content.
Run Compare Suite. You can select one .zip archive on the left
panel and other on the right one.
Changes map for archives includes common archive information and
information about every single file within archive.
Most useful is common archive information as you can have a look
at number of files in both archive, compare arcs' comments.
Compare Suite also lists details of every file that include file
size, time stamp, full file name.
If you use WinZip or other compression utility that support Zip
file format then Compare Suite is good solution when you need to
locate changes fast and find valuable information in archive.
