Compare Suite is a file compare tool that can
compare any to any file so you will find changes that where made in
documents. Compare Suite helps to perform text analysis, it shows
mostly used common and unique keywords. In that way you can quickly
learn what is the general idea of the document and what particular
document is focused on. Finally,
it can create a comparative report with details of all modifications,
so you can keep it for archive records or send to your co-workers.

Using
Compare Suite with Arena PLM
With Compare Suite you can compare both
-- documents that are two versions of the same document and
non-related documents that don't have a common ancestor.
Log in your Arena PLM
workspace and select
the document you want to compare.
Note:
with Compare Suite you can compare both -- documents that are two

You should right-click on View Doc URL
and select "Save Target As...". Then select C:\Tmp
folder on you hard disk.
Save
documents to the hard disk.
Save
the documents you want to compare to the some temporary folder (C:\tmp)
on your hard disk.
You
should right-click on View Doc URL and select "Save Target
As...". Then select C:\Tmp folder on you hard disk.
Do
it for two files you want to compare.
As
a result you will have two files in C:\Tmp folder. For, example: 324-9002-A.pdf
and 324-9002-B.pdf
Compared
files shows as a text of two files with highlighted modifications.
Compare Suite shows deleted, new and modified lines. Info panel
show common files information.
