Both zsCompare and Compare Suite can compare text from Microsoft Word Documents and text from PDF files, but in zsCompare these features are only in professional version and it’s price is $199.95. As long as Compare Suite single user license costs 60 US$.

ZsCompare allows you to perform line by line comparisons of text files, Microsoft Word documents, and PDF documents, and then merge the files to include only the changes you want. Using predefined options for common comparisons, zsCompare provides additional control over how the comparison is performed. Also, zsCompare permits direct editing of the contents of a file from the results. You can use zsCompare to do line by line comparisons of text files, and then merge the files to include only the changes you want. Also, you can compare text that has been input either by typing it in, or by copying from non-text files such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PDF files.
