I’m a biologist and right now I have to do some research on a very specific topic. Compare Suite helps a lot because I need to compare a lot of articles that seem to be pertinent. The only drawback I see is that when running comparison by keywords I come across too many keywords that aren’t of any interest – general biological terms widely used in all the articles. Can I avoid skimming through them somehow?

Sounds like you might want to use special words option. This is a list of keywords that are ignored while comparing text by keywords. You can access it by clicking Tools – Options – Special words. These are articles, prepositions, some common verbs and other words that are used in any text.
If in your job you have some other frequently used keywords then you can edit this list or click "Load special words from file" button to load a text file (.txt) with a list of keywords that Compare Suite should ignore.
You can quickly cancel this option by unchecking the appropriate checkbox.
