Sure you can compare your two folders. Compare Suite will convert the archives to plain text and compare them with your .doc reports as if they were text files.
Plus in your case you might want to check "Always check content..." box – then even if files have the same date and time stamp, Compare Suite will compare their content to find out differences. Although such check might take some time as it’s the slowest one, it’s worth waiting. To do so, select Tools - Options - Folder comparison. |
