| I need to read over some documents to see what they are all about. I don’t need to know the exact information – just the common point. From what I’ve read at your website I guess, Compare Suite can come up with a solution here. What can you suggest? |

I suggest you select Tools – Options and in the File comparison section select Keywords coloring. This dialog window allows you to choose whether to highlight all the keywords or just those, which occur in the text more or less often. Here you can set the exact range when you want Compare Suite to highlight them. For scanning documents to find common idea and focus you might want to start searching for common words, which are found more often. |
