Compare Suite

I work on a scholarship committee and have to check hundreds of applications. A lot of them are sent by e-mail and I use Compare Suite to compare a part of them which is nearly identical – the language test. We don’t accept applications of students who have below 80% on their language test. Can I configure Compare Suite so it warned me that the rate of similarity of students’ works to my master file is below that minimum? Then I wouldn’t have to even look through the comparison results, which would save me several hours a day.

Yes, you can do that. In the File comparison section there is a scale, where you can set a range from 0 to 100 percent. To access File comparison window select Tools – Options.
Also there is a checkbox “Warn me if similarity less than specified” which you can uncheck when you don’t need to be warned about similarity rate.
