I review some reports from several branches of our company. I need to include the info about the author and which branch the report comes from into my comparison. Can Compare Suite do this?

If your reports are in .doc or .xls format, yes, it can. The way to go here is this:

Select Tools – Options – Plugins – MS Office
Check Include document properties checkbox

Now when you run the comparison, the information will appear in the beginning – the title, the author and the company. When you don’t need this feature any more you can uncheck the box or press Reset to default button.
