Hi, Dawn
Quote: I have a .doc file that contains the words I’d like to put into “My Interests” group. The thing is it wasn’t written for this purpose and contains several punctuation marks such as brackets and parenthesis and so on. Can I use it as is or I have to replace all the marks with commas?
No, you don’t have to replace anything. The following characters are used as delimiters: (){}[].,:/\;’”
So if you used any of these symbols in your file, it’s OK. Even if your punctuation marks don’t belong to this group, it should be easy to use search and replace function in MS Word to find and correct all the symbols. |
