Sure.
You can use "show entries" filter to select keywords that appear only in both texts, only in right text or only in left text.
You can click on the column header to change the sort order. “Word” – alphabetical sorting from A to Z or vice versa. “Entries in left/right” – sorting by usage frequency from most often to less often used or the other way.
