|
|
| Pascal comparison or PAS comparison is a technique used by computer programmers and users using Pascal as a computer language to compare two files written in Pascal. Being a computer language, it is much more difficult for users to compare a Pascal file because of the various variables, and naming conventions involved. The best way to perform Pascal comparison is to use file comparison software that can compare and highlight syntax in files. While a text file is compared with comparing words, efficient Pascal compression or PAS compression can only be performed if the file comparison software has advanced algorithms to decide which code to highlight and which to not. |
