The Folder Comparison feature of Compare Suite was updated.
Now, when comparing two folder you can configure Compare Suite to compare all files in those folders not just by a date/time stamp, but by file's content.

To access this feature you should go to the "Folder Comparison" in Compare Suite's options. There is a box called "Compare files".
If you want Compare Suite to compare files by their content then you should use "Check content..." or "Always check content..." options.
