| CVS files or concurrent version system files are used by web programmers and computer software developers to keep a track of their files or source code files. Very useful for administering multiple versions of the same file, CVS is much more useful for tracking changes in source code files than tracking text files like .doc, .txt and .pdf. if you want to perform cvs compare, you can use file compare utilities like compare suite to have advanced comparison results that will be delivered to the screen within seconds. |
