| When you try to manually synchronize folders, you usually follow a process that will guarantee that the two folder hierarchies eventually hold identical and up-to-date files. This requires you to first choose all the modified files that are fresh in the one folder and then manually copy them to the next folder. Thereafter you need to choose the modified files in the second folder and manually placed them in the initial folder. Next you also need to delete the unnecessary files from both folders. Not only is this process physically tough to accomplish, it is also time consuming. So it makes great sense to go in for a automated tools to achieve folder synchronization. |
