Compare Suite do the following: 1) Compare Suite converts Excel file to the text file; 2) Then Compare Suite compares the contents of two Excel files (that were converted to the text) Compare Suite can compare excel files cell by cell, but it see onlythe text in the cell, not formulas or something else.
