Hi! I’m not not satisfied with MS Word build-in compare as I cannot compare word text file with pdf doc or text file. The word compare function in Word program is well when I just need to know about changes within two documents, but it’s fail to compare word file with other types.
I wonder how do Compare Suite manage this process, I mean everybody know about compare function in Word and what is your program in comparison to compare function in word? |

Compare Suite can compare any to any file. So it can compare word document with excel or word document with PDF.
Another unique feature is that Compare Suite can compare two non-similar documents, I mean two documents that have different structure. Compare Suite uses "by keywords" function in this case.
With Compare Suite you are able to compare two folders with word documents or something. Imagine, ability to find differences in documentation for two versions of the same project.
Finaly, with Compare Suite you are able to compare files and generate a comparative report. So, you can compare PDF with Word document and then have a htm report. You can copy and paste this report into your Word document or attach report file to e-mail message. |
