Unfortunately Power Point format is not supported in the current version. Surely Word documents can be compared quickly and easily.

Hello, here is the solution for you: you can either convert Power Point file into MS Word document or other supported format using suitable converter tool or just copy and paste the text of Power Point file into MS Word. So you will have only 2 Word files to compare. Hope this would help :)
