ColumbiaSoft Corporation has added Compare Suite integration to our Document Locator document management system.
Compare Suite works very well in comparing the differences between document versions in the Document Locator version history view.
Documents can also be selected and compared directly within Document Locator repository folders by selecting multiple files, right-click and show differences. Compare Suite can be easily setup as the default comparision tool for Document Locator.

Hello,
I'm glad to introduce new step-by-step guide on how to use ColumbiaSoft Document Locator with our Compare Suite.
While testing Document Locator we found it to be an easy to install and use tool and it's very powerful. That's why Boeing Satellite Systems company use it.
Another nice feature is that you can specify a diff tool for any file type.
So we did in our step-by-step guide. We configured Compare Suite to be a default diff tool for MS Word (.doc) files.
Any comments or suggestions on using Document Locator and Compare Suite are welcome. |
