Than you for your question. Compare Suite is the right product for you. It allows comparing web pages (in terms of text changes) and is very useful when you are constantly monitoring one or several websites. All you will need is any off-line browser to download the website and Compare Suite to find and display any changes. My advise is: read the article Competitive intelligence. Monitor competitor's web-site attentively.
This may be very useful in your case or if you will need to monitor your competitor’s website.
