|

Hello,
I’m currently writing an article and have reference materials in many separate documents. I have to select the documents that contain relevant information and write my article on their basis. The topic of the article is very specific that’s why I have only several basic words that are used in the relevant documents. So I’m gonna find relevant information in files using these “basic words”. Now I’m trying to find out whether Compare Suite software can search for “basic words”. Can anyone tell me :?:

Hi, Tommy. CS allows comparing 2 documents by keywords (basic words). For example in your case you can type your several words on the left side and open the file in question on the right side. The program will show which words are common and which are different. Then you can open your next file on the right side and so on.
Please note that you can compare by keywords files in different formats. Many users find this feature very helpful.
Here you can find more information about comparison by keywords

It's pretty good. I used it to compare to articles by the same authors
published in two different journals which seem to be related and the
keyword report helped quite a bit, though some attempt at a paragraph
diff would have been nice as as well. |
