Thank you for your question. Compare Suite allows comparing folders, subfolders and files in them (even when running folders comparison operation). Actually it is one of the most advanced tools in terms of comparing text. If the program detects any changes (modified, added or deleted text) it will show you the differences detected and you can also make comparison report (automatically). One feature you may find useful when need to print content of your folders (on a CD cover etc.) is print folder’s content utility. Here is more information about folder comparison feature
